We had a unique experience at Martin Woods. Drove out on a small unpaved road to his winery location where he and his gf (?) lived on the second floor above the winery operations. We sat in his kitchen around this big counter top that took so much of the room and we tasted his wines. We came back down and waved goodbye to him as he was driving the forklift moving barrels. I really enjoy and appreciate the small wineries. Especially when wines are this good.
As a lover of Pinot Noir from Oregon I found this interesting. While my favorites weren’t in your list, this gave me new ones to try. Thanks!
